Please visit my other company’s website, Sourland Bread. It was born out of a love for teaching people how to bake their own bread and build community in the process. Sourdough healed my own digestion and I give my students simple techniques so they can feel empowered to bake on their own. My goal is always to connect us to the land, to our food, and ultimately/therefore, ourselves. To date, I have taught over 1,500 people how to bake, and with each opportunity, I feel more grateful and inspired. I offer outdoor, in-person classes now, as well as on Zoom.
