COMING SOON! 6 week class - every first Thursday 7-8pm - $25/class – 6 spots available If you would like to pre-register and reserve a spot, email mary@marymcintyresound.com Using your voice and ears to move sound through your body is an easy way to experience physical and spiritual wellness. Singing ability is not required to enjoy this class. (An advanced version of SOUND CIRCLE may be offered for singers in future.) Learn the effect that harmonics have on the human mind, and use simple techniques to bring yourself into a state of peace within moments, regardless of what’s going on around you.
