Reiki Workshop for Teens

This is a self-care, empowering and fun Reiki 1 Atunement workshop designed to for ages 13-17 to offer Reiki skills for stress management, self regulating skills and pain relief.

Reiki Level I teaches us how to heal ourselves, close family members, pets and plants with the initial attunement to the Reiki energy. Reiki not only heals on the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual & Physical levels but also enhances our own personal development, self-esteem, self-confidence & self-worth.

Reiki, a powerful energy healing modality, gently works through the layers of our being, releasing trapped emotions, negative patterns, and energetic imbalances. By channeling universal life force energy, Reiki serves as a catalyst for deep healing. First degree/Level 1 Reiki can also stimulate personal and spiritual growth in a person.

In this course, students will:

• Learn about the nervous system
• Learn about the energy body
• Learn about the chakra system
• Learn about crystals
• Create their own energetic symbols to use in intense emotional situations
• Practice sensing energy
• Learn how to manage stress and emotion with Reiki techniques
• Learn how to energetically “disconnect” from bullies or difficult social situations
• Learn how to protect and shield their own energy
• Receive a plant to take home
• Receive a manual, coloring pages,
• Certificate of completion
• Crystals to take home
• Self Awareness & Empowerment
• Receive the first Reiki Attunement -this will open up self healing and Reiki connection

Tea will be served and those who attend please bring a pillow or cushion to sit on, bagged food and snacks to share, a journal and an open mind to the awesome healing modality and experience.

Minimum of 3 people, max of 10

Workshop will be lead by Ryah, local Usui & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master & Teacher. Master Yogi and CEU/YTT facilitator, Chakra Sangha Teacher Trainer and Ayurvedic Specialist. She’s been in the healing arts world, offering Yoga, Meditation, Divination practices, Reiki & Healing Workshops/Trainings for over 15 years.
